Suzanne is happy no exstatic over Nadals triumph at wimbledon in a nail biting final. Nadal stuck through and won it before crying his eyes out.. WELL DONE NADAL

Its been a long time coming and much deserved… congratulations again Nadal.. now on to our little competition…

I do have to say though, im not utterly convinced that someone hasnt just been eating 1 too many blue smarties!

THE WEEK AHEAD

   Not much is planned for this week due to Suzanne’s back, hopefully she will pick up and Im confident the new pack will be completed before long.  I shall try to do a Kismet update but frankly the only evidence we have of him being in the area is the scattered bodies of the small and larger creatures he has tried to eat. I shall set up some security cameras and see If I cant catch a glimpse of him for you all..

  Today Suzy was sad….

All because I had to leave her alone ALL day with the kids, while I lifted a carpet at our Grans and finnished more decorating.  It was a long tough day for her, and I returned victorious with a lovely take away to boot. Tommorow is carpet laying day and so only a half day of kids for Suzanne…

  The new pack is almost complete and I’m not going to preview the new image…….. so ner…. you’ll have to wait for it, frankly its the best EVER.. its the most stunning piece ever and will blow your very minds…yup its not started yet! lol.

FRIDAY NIGHT GIVEAWAY

Well the day was full of ups and downs for Suzanne as she thoroughly enjoyed the tennis, then got straight to work…

 PAINTINGS GALORE…

  Back to her comfort zone colours and a print that will sit lovely along side the likes of “colour - little girl dancing” the unknown fairy is the fairy that noone has written about yet, destined to live her life unnoticed.  Its called the Unknown Fairy and will be in Etsy soon… so keep checking back.

 And so as not to dissapoint you she managed to finnish another painting today… so here it is…

  Now this has the title “My Own Little Universe” , and is for those time when we feel all alone in our own little worlds..King/Queen of our planet… and for parents out there… quiet time.. The peace and lonliness of being completely alone…with no mobile phone..  Stunning again and will be available in Etsy… soon.

QUIET DAY

  Like the weather today, Suzanne and myself have been quite subdued. Wether it be poor Andy Murrays exit from Wimbledon or the effect of the weather I don’t know. Tommorrow I plan to varnish some boxes and convince Suzy to make a new one for a prize for Friday night… Any ideas of what she should put on it???

 Good evening *hic* rumours of my insobriettry…*hic* have been shlightly exshaggerated…*hic*

I have REACHED the end of the TO DO list, it is DONE. Some more little bits and pieces to finnish up tommorrow then its on to a big order for the Blue Bottle Gallery, Seattle. An Order that was ready to go 2 months ago and got held up by Suzannes injury.. never the less I will have time now to get it re-made and sent.  So busy busy week for me… Plus…. Andrew Murray is playing Rafia Nadal, which will be very interesting as Suzanne loves both… so she’ll be very much on the fence.

  THE MIST

  I am just home from a night at the cinema to see the movie “The Mist”, based on a Stephen King novel, I wont spoil it but its very like War of the Worlds and not for the squeamish.. I enjoyed it but its nothing new or groundbreaking, Suzy got free tickets to go see it. So im all horrored out..

  YIKE!!! no its not a character from the movie is Suzannes new dolly, she spent the time I was away creating this little creature and more….

   Im not sure what will come of this little exercise but maybe some gorjuss dolls could be on the horizon… oooh

  These are not in the Etsy shop as yet, but I’ll keep you posted….

  So its a little short blog tonight, I dont see it being longer tommorrow thanks to Wimbledon, but I’ll maybe get some sketchbook reveals for you…

Hmmm a ridiculously LOOOOONG match today at Wimbledon, but ALL worth it, as Andy Murray reached the next round.. and plays against my favourite Rafa Nadal.. oooh it’s tennis heaven I tell ya ! *passes around the strawberries n cream*

Well I could tell you he’s on a top secret mission, sourcing paper, or buried under all those keychains he showed you yesterday.. but the truth is.. he had a few too many beers while watching the Tennis Match and now I can’t trust him to do the blog properly this evening ! hehehe!

 Well I hope you all had a lovely weekend, today was a no Wimbledon day which means Suzanne didnt get up, Im kidding , she managed to sleep akwardly and has a sore neck!! lol.. I mean if its not one thing, its the other… anyway she is manning the emails while I got down to that long TO-DO list.

 KEYCHAINS

   Today I made over 30 keychains, shortly after completion my fingers fell off. This was for a wholesale order for theBluebird Shop, Christchurch New Zealand. We do a lot of wholesaleorders for shops here there and EVERYWHERE.. SOME NEW PAINTINGS

   Suzanne has been exploring the world of light weight canvas’s to work on, this little display was painted onto canvas board.

And then we have some cute little doodley like paintings, I beleive they are planned to be ACEO’s.. so thats more onto the TO DO list… just as well I keep a MR G Demands list to hand right back to Suzanne…

  Gorjuss little painting… it was made with ink & coloured pencils straight onto canvas board… and so is this little one..

   These will make it to Suzannes ETSY shop soon.. they need some little things done to them to make them ready to list..

CANVAS

  It took a good few hours to make these little canvas wraps, and I was soo happy when I finnished.

  This was a 10″x10″ canvas wrap and is stunning…

  This is dropped, this picture shows the chunky frame of these canvas wraps, they are all ready to hang and really really stunning..

  Because she is my rose on a 8″ x 10″ canvas wrap, did I say that these are stunning yet??

  Again a Stunning 8×10″ canvas wrap, this time of “I havent fallen down in a while”.. So what do you think of these little canvas wraps, and you better get the answer right!!!

  SO tommorrow brings a day of Print printing for me, and of course Andy Murray is playing at Wimbledon.  I will get photographs of the pile of prints tommorrow because its a HUGE pile something unusual… Also any other interesting and some uninteresting info will also be up for you to read…

Good evening All,

I Mr G. painted my Grandmothers house today, it took a while and I had two of my minions with me as I worked and the end result was actually very very good.  I arrived home to speak to Suzanne to see what was bloggable only to be handed a very long “to do” list.  For me… apparently she spent the whole day making the list… So we have nothing new to report but If I get through this To Do list by tomorrow, then I will have AN AWFUL lot to say….

 NEW SCRAP PACK KIT THINGY

  However despite the time taken to make the todo list, Suzanne finnished a brand spanking gorjuss new Scrap Kit..

  So not nothing at all…. this kit will be on sale SOON at AMI so please bug Amanda for a release date and time because I know she loves to hear from you all..  Tell her Mr. G sent you…

CAT - Apostraphe

  Sorry, I only wrote that caption to annoy the grammatically correct of you out there,,,,, freelance punctuation has quite clearly not been mentioned enough recently. So here we go - again. ; I shall now chuck a few random pictures from previous old blogs for you to look at…. Note these ACEO’s are long gone… SOLD and away… So don’t waste your time and email quota’s asking for them… sadly… sold.

There a pointless wee obvious shameless blog filler… I hope you can forgive me for using such obvious tactics…

  I am planning more for tommorrow, including some new canvas wrap piccies and who knows what else…

Well its officially the start of the summer holidays in Scotland. This means kids under our feet and moaning and crying, I have promised not to do that as much this year…

WIMBLEDON’T

  Was a day of top  players meeting their end… which Suzanne loves to see… she always supports the underdog and she (a tisparavic fan) was overjoyed at the excitement of his game against Andy Roddick. It was such a hard fought game and when Roddick finally succumbed to the pressure of his opponent it was a shock exit. Tomorrow we will be glued to our sets as Andy Murray takes on Tommy Haas in what promises to be a very good game.

NEW PAINTING BONANZA

  Suzanne worked her little fingers off today to finnish two, yes TWO new paintings to share with you all.. Ill get straight down to showing them off with my suggested titles and of course Suzannes  sensible ones.. well I say that but I’d best let you all decide for yourself.

 I suggested “it started as a rash” but Suzanne said NOOOOOO and called it “I know you will leave me”, which adds a little sombre feel to it… sniff..

 Ok now for the painting finnished only a matter of minutes ago……..drum roll please….

  Suzanne has titled this one “Sometimes The Way Leads you” which is a little play on words to depict the times in your life where you feel nothing in under your control and that a guiding hand is leading you along the correct path.  I suggested a title of “When jumping from my spaceship I snagged my jumper on the only cloud in the sky”..  Suzanne said no.

 Well thats it for tonight… Im working on next fridays competition for you all, I am hoping to make it fun for all and the prize shall be revealed throughout the week….
