How To Send GC’s Anonymously

Hello everyone,

We have a new feature rolling out today, it’s for all those of you who want to send a Gift Certificate anonymously, as of today, just send a note of their name, email address you wnt to send it too, and of course, your message, to gift (at ) gorjussart.com, it will then be forwarded on to them within 24 hours!

Dont know your friends email address they use for the shop? Just let us know their SW number ( make sure you get it right – we cant fix this if you get it wrong!)

So here’s a wee checklist to make sure it goes smoothly:

Make sure you have told us your friends name.

Make sure, you have included their SW number OR their email address

Write a short message to the recipient too ( optional )

Double check the spelling of everything!

Send to gift (at) gorjusart.com, from your gorjussart account…

And if you are new to the Gift Certificate system, do read our help file OVER HERE before trying to send one!

Thats all, now go forth and have fun with the new feature !

Paying By Credit Card.

Gorjuss Art Ltd accepts payment by credit card without the need of a paypal account ( and it doesn’t sign you up for an unwanted paypal account either!) .. your credit card payment will be handled on the paypal website, to ensure your payment is safe and secure! We accept credit card payments on all our transactions, wether on gorjussart.com or gorjuss.etsy.com! Please find a guide to paying by Credit Card (without a paypal account) below..

Firstly, shop as normal, and when you have your cart full and ready to checkout, fill in your details and you’ll be taken to PayPal to make payment and complete the transaction:

On the first page of the Paypal site, there is a laaaaarge log-in box, dont be put off by this, if you havn’t got a paypal account ( and dont want to sign up for one!) … just click on the ‘continue‘ button on the left of the page (see picture above).

The left of the page will load securely with a payment form for you to fill out, as with any payment page – do check this page is secure before you enter any details into it !

Once the form is filled out, click continue and confirm the payment, payment will be taken immediatly from the card you used, and your order will be processed and shipped by us asap! *If you have ordered downloadable products (tube packs etc) then they will be available for you to download instantly in your gorjussArt account, just log in and download them!

You may comment as many times as you want, disqualification may occur if double posting becomes a habit, no talking to yourself. Only room for one mad man in this blog!! We are not currently hiring!!

Competition will close Tommorrow night at 11pm GMT (Thats 3pm EST?) and its 13am (MrGST).

You will need to have an account at Just Gorjuss to be able to get a log in.. (ie its the same)

If you are lucky enough to be the winner picked at Random…. you may keep the pack or gift it…. It CANNOT be broken up, it needs to stay as a bulk pack for auditing purposes… this is a GREAT opertunity for someone to start their collection..

Where Does The Time Go

After some of the busiest weeks ever I find myself with some spare time to drop a little blog to you all.

PAYPAL GLITCH

Firstly I meant to mention there was a little glitch with paypal where it used to add postage to an order, only to remove it on the very next page. I am happy to report that after some more serious issues at the beginning of the week I seem to have resolved the issue.

If you are making a purchase and paypal shows added postage, please let me know at help@gorjussart.com.

Its been a while since I have blogged and Im a little out of practice so I guess its time for a little theme tune..

GIFT CERTIFICATES

These have always been tricky for people to master, I plan to rewrite our guide to gift certificates to cover the two posibilities..

1. Purchasing from the shop.

2. Receiving from a friend.

I hope to cover all areas currently causing issues from the invalid code message to the sending a gift to a friend.

I hope to have something up tommorrow night and I would ask that you all have a read and let me know your thoughts..

With all the systems being automated and working very well, I’d like to help people enjoy the instant response from the shop, the only issues we have currently are e-mails being blocked by certain providers.

If you have junk mail folders/filtering, please make sure help@gorjussart.com and sales@gorjussart.com are in your allowed email list. This causes a lot of issues with missing emails, also comcast and verizon are big problems, they seem to block european emails with out prejudice… this causes us a lot of extra work… if you are with these providers and you are expecting a response from us or gift certificate, please email help@gorjussart.com and please state your with comcast/verizon and I will forward missing mails to you through a live mail account. This account works with verizon and comcast as far as I can see, its gorjussart@live.com. Please mail help@gorjussart.com with all queries in the first instance as gorjussart@live.com is not checked as regularily.
