WHAT A NIGHT
We we are absolutely stunned at the response to our opening last night, over 500 of you managed to make accounts and lots of orders have been made. And of course…. teething problems happened… the welcome emails went off, AOL and COMCAST causing gorjussart emails to vannish… this should improve over time. If you havent got a welcome email please contact help@gorjussart.com and I’ll endeavour to send it on, we plan to answer all email within 48hours and hope to get to you quicker than that. Weekends may take longer to get a reply. This weekend is the opening weekend and I’ve put the effort in to answer you all as quickly as I can to get you all in and happy…. some issues are cropping up that lead to two invoices, this does not mean you have paid twice, If you are in any doubt, check your paypal. If only one payment appears, then you have only paid once. If you are concerned email Sales@gorjussart.com. So other than some small issues and some more problematic ones, the night went well… Though I had no chance to get back to the blog at all…. Tomorrow we will be out for a portion of the day going to see a movie with the kids… Also the tickets for the concert were bought on thursday, they are for a show on Tuesday coming… oooh Suzanne is so excited…

Angels With Dirty Faces
Two of the girls in the new pack (24) have been replaced, if you bought pack 24 (or bought the fallen angel individually) just redownload the files if you have any problems with them (they had a little transparency in their faces!).. you can redownload them by logging into your account. Sorry for this !!
The Weird File You Cant Open
There is a _macosX file/folder in some of the zips,this is NOTHING to worry about, it’s a blank file Suzannes Mac puts into things, she cant see them so didnt know they were there… it’s perfectly safe to delete this if you find one in a zip!
Gifting
When you order it is AUTOMATICALLY processed, this means if you order something and add a note, we don’t see it until AFTER it has been processed, if you want to GIFT someone, you MUST buy a gift certificate NOT the pack… gift certificates are MANUALLY approved (incase of mishaps!) .. and once approved, it will show up in your account and you’ll be able to send it!

TUBE TRANSFER SERVICE (TRADE IN AMI LICENSE)
This is the biggest cause of email to me…………….LOADS OF EMAILS, now I have actioned a few of these and I have gotten to grips with the information I need from you to be able to allow you to use your new Gorjuss Digital Image License number with tubes purchased under an AMI license.
I need the following.
1. Your AMI License number.
2. Your Gorjuss Digital Image License number.
3. Proof of the purchase of packs from AMI, wether this be confirmation letters from AMI or Paypal receipts, they do need to have the packs or tubes listed on them so that I can add these under your new license number.
Email this to help@gorjussart.com with subject “License Trade In” .
Your request will be queued and I plan to spend 2 hours each day in the week working through this list, I will contact you if I require further information and also to let you know that It has been actioned. Once you receive my email confirming the packs/tube now covered by your gorjussart license, you can then use your new license number on all specified AMI purchased packs/tubes. I have updated the TOU to reflect this information.
TONIGHTS COMPETITION
A simple one tonight!! I shall pick an account from GorjussArt at random, and that person will win a $20 Gift Voucher. All you need to do is create yourself a nice Gorjuss art account, duplicate accounts will be disqualified. So no cheating.. . The Random draw will happen tommorrow night at 10pm and then result will be posted in the blog.

URGENT SHOP UPDATE
Sunday 17:24 ISSUE IDENTIFIED
Well we got to the bottom of it, we hope, sadly the issue is with PAYPAL which is why this problem appeared after midnight on Friday and is intermittent. We have contacted paypal with regards to resolving this but are still hessitent to open the shop until we’re confident it is resolved… I will report in tonights blog to you all, and I will decide then wether to re-open or wait. BLOG pm tonight… This issue is affecting all checkouts including for example etsy… so resolution should hopefully come swiftly. Your opinions on wether to open or not are welcome… do you mind duplicate order numbers?
